‘La Cariolata’ is an event that combines the best of the construction industry with the pleasure of good food and entertainment!
In the picturesque setting of Losone, come and discover a unique event. Our DJ will make your ears vibrate with the best music selection, while party lights create a magical atmosphere.
But the real star of the evening is our amazing concrete mixer! Watch our close-knit team, dressed as construction workers, pour risotto into a wheelbarrow and bring it straight to your plates.
Bring your friends, family or partner and join us for an unforgettable evening! Children can also show off with karaoke and have fun with the other young participants. The evening includes an aperitif with homemade cold cuts and a glass of bubbly, followed by risotto with merlot and luganighetta served cariolata style.
